中文摘要 | 定向鑽井泥漿與鑽遇地層間之接觸時間比一般垂直井長,由於長時間之浸泡,鑽 井泥漿會入侵地層,造成污損,降低滲透率,因此鑽井泥漿的選擇應具有剪應稀釋之特性, 提供最佳之固粒懸浮性及有效清除井孔,同時在靜止狀態下也能有良好的懸浮鑽屑效果。本 研究所提供之三種常用定向鑽井泥漿均具有清除井孔及穩定井孔等特性外,完井時易於清除 ,不致於污損地層,影響產率。 |
英文摘要 | In directional well drilling, the contacting time of drilling fluid with production zones is longer than that of verticle-well cases. Longer exposure time could cause skin damage and reduce well productivity. Therefore, directional fluids should have the properties of shear thinning, solids suspension, lubricity and maintain the borehole stable. Also, the effect of invading fluid can be reduced by the new mud fluids. In this research three kinds of fluid systems have been studied. Each system come with the properties of providing fluid-loss control, low shear rheology, minimizing formation/completion damage and the induced damage. |
