中文摘要 | 隨著石油產業不斷技術演進,高難度、高成本及高風險的鑽井技術亦隨之不斷降低技術門檻及執行風險度,水平鑽井技術亦然。近期在澳洲舉辦的SPE亞太地區年會有學者指出,以去年而言,國際上90%的油氣井均採用水平鑽井進行生產,故所謂的「傳統」與「非傳統」鑽井分界漸漸模糊,然而水平鑽井尚未在臺灣採用,主要考量為經濟可行性之因素,隨著近期鑽井設備的進化及處低油價時期,水平鑽井的相關服務費用及工程上的風險也逐步調降。本研究水平鑽井設計目標層為錦水地區第28層之B及C地塊範圍,第28層在地質上的受到低滲透率的頁岩區分成上下兩層,以及板塊運動形成數個地下構造高區,在最大油氣採收的井程設計下,以水平鑽井將地下構造高區相連的經濟效益,在考量到第28層下層厚度較薄,因此構造高區相連的設計會比貫穿第28層上下兩層來的有經濟價值,因此在井程設計上,會以此概念來設計。本研究將水平鑽井設計進行數種可行性分析方案,如不同角度之水平井設計及不同長度之水平區段,將其分別進行產率分析,結合目前的地質及油層資料,找出相對最合適的水平鑽井設計,並將數種可行性方案之產率估算出。分析結果顯示採用定向角度67度的設計,並搭配水平區段長度500公尺之設計,可在不影響產率的條件下降低工程施作的風險。總而言之,本研究的目標在於瞭解水平鑽井設計以其相對應之地質資料,並且逐步規劃出合理的規劃流程,以期達到經濟可行下的水平鑽井規劃,並提供事業單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | High-difficulty, high-cost and high-risk drilling technologies continue to reduce technical barriers and implementation risks and then horizontal drilling technology is also. Recent SPE Asia Pacific regional scholars in Australia pointed out that 90% of the international oil and gas wells were horizontally drilled last year. "Traditional" and "non-traditional" drilling may have been reversed. However, horizontal drilling has not yet been adopted in Taiwan. The main consideration is the economic feasibility factor. With the recent evolution of drilling equipment and low oil price period, the related service costs and engineering risks of horizontal drilling are also gradually reduced. Therefore, the goal of this study is to understand the horizontal drilling design with its corresponding geological data, and to gradually plan a reasonable planning process is in place to achieve economically feasible horizontal drilling planning and provide reference for public institutions. This research also collects the SPE papers and equipment for the analysis of geological data by foreign oil companies. Through the exchange of laboratory experience, the utilization of data and the improvement of laboratory equipment are improved. The laboratory for this visit includes geological, geochemical, and harvesting. |
