英文摘要 | This paper presents a multiple level concept to design a gyro ATE self-test system. This aim is to use the self-test system to help the ATE user and maintenance technician to assure that the ATE system is free of defects. The multiple level self-test concept consists of five levels. The level 1 self-test is built-in test (BIT) that spend only few minutes but critical to ATE readiness and reliability. Other self-test levels are interconnecting cable test, switching unit test, stimulus and measurement device test, and gyro test. This proposed self-test system is not only user friendly and easy to use, but also an optimum aid for fault diagnostic. |
