中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以經濟快速的毛細管電泳法取代傳統的逆相高效率液相層析法來分析醱酵蟲草中所含之腺 與蟲草素。因為腺 與蟲草素在一般Ph環境下皆不帶電,無法有效地分離,故採用寺部茂所開發的「微胞動電毛細管電泳法」。而於印加電壓的最適化上,本研究採用「I-V曲線法」。由電泳圖譜得知,相較於腺 含量,醱酵蟲草所含蟲草素之量極微。 |
英文摘要 | The concentrations of adenosine and cordycepin, 3'-deoxyadenosine, in the hot water extract of a cultivated Cordyceps were measured by capillary electrophoresis technique. To improve the separation of the uncharged nucleosides, sodium dodey1 sulfate (5%) was added into the running bufer (10 mM of phosphate buffer, pH6.7) is the ionic carrier. The separation voltage (10 kV) was optimized from the I-V curve the electrophoresis system. Compared with adenosine, the cordycepin content of the cultivated Cordyceps is negligible. |
