中文摘要 | 建構主義是目前在國內備受重視與推廣的新教學思潮之一。本文的重點之一即在 解說,建構主義本質上涉及的乃是有關知識和學習的理論。因此,本文首先探討了「學習 者如何建構自已的知識」和「學習者所建構出來的是什麼樣的知識」這二個問題。接著根 據所探討的建構主義的內涵推衍出數個教育上的涵意,包括:(1)教師應先調整自已的 知識觀和學習觀,(2)師生皆應有求知熱情和分享意願,(3)頌揚多元文化。最後建 議我們應以建構主義的知識觀和學習觀重新對學校教育和課堂教學概念化,以便能真正認識 學校教育和課堂學習的觀念與本質。 |
英文摘要 | Constructivism, a new educational thought widely discussed in Taiwan, is a theory about knowledge and learning. Therefore, in this article, the author first explains how learners construct their own knowledge, and what kind of knowledge the learners construct. The author then derives some educational implications from the exploration of the notions of the construcitivists' theory about knowledge and learning. The implications include: (1) Teachers need to accomodate their views of knowledge and learning, (2) Both teachers and students ought to have passions for knowledge and the will to share knowledge, and (3) Both teachers and students celebrate multiculture. Finally, the author suggests that the educational reformers in Taiwan should use constructivist's theory about knowledge and learning as a framework to reconceptualize our schooling and classroom learning. |
