中文摘要 | 本試驗係1997年在南投縣鹿谷鄉茶區青心烏龍(十年生)茶園所進行之試驗,於春茶採收後在茶行間植田菁,以探討茶園間植田菁對茶園微候、茶樹無機成分和品質之影響。試驗結果顯示,田菁高莖特性,能攔截入射光線,具有遮蔭效果,故日照強度、葉片溫度及土溫有下降趨勢。分析茶芽無機成分,顯示田菁處理區在夏茶、六月白及秋茶之茶芽鉀含量有增加趨勢,錳及鋁含量則有下降現象,而磷、鈣、銅及鋅含量變化不一致。製茶品質香氣滋味,隨著日照強度之減弱,評分有提高現象。 |
英文摘要 | Field experiments were conducted in 1997 at Lu-Ku area of Naton Hsein, with cv. Ching-Shing Oolong as a testing variety. Tea plants were intercropped with Sesbania roxburghii Merr. when spring crop was over. The objectives of this research were to study the effect of intercropping with Sesbania roxburghii Merr. in tea field on the microclimate, inorganic components and quality of tea. The results showed that high stem characters of Sesbania could intercepted the solar light, therefore, photosynthetic active radiation, leaf temperature and soil temperature were significantly decreased. There were decreased in leaf manganese content as well as aluminum content, but increased in leaf potassium content in summer, second summer and autumn crops. There were no obvious trends in leaf phosphorus, calcium, iron, copper and zinc contents in three crops. Tea quality evaluation revealed that the aroma and taste were remarkably improved by the decreased of photosynthetic active radiation. |
