中文摘要 | 多媒體系統是目前系統開發的主流之一。回顧相關的研究,大多強調技術層面 (如功能的增加),而忽略人性層面 (如使用者認知需求) 的重要性。 因此,當資訊系統導入企業時,經常發生使用者抗拒或該系統無法發揮其應有功能之問題。本文以認知理論為基礎,包括使用者認知需求、微電腦遊戲性及使用者資訊滿意,並針對多媒體系統的開發,提出一個觀念性架構。 本架構分為四個階段:(1) 界定使用者需求,(2) 使用者介面 (3) 多媒體系統設計,(4) 使用者滿意衡量,且進一步歸納整理各階段應進行的步驟。在觀念性架構應用方面,本研究以Win95作業系統為例,做為觀念性架構與實際系統之驗證。 另外,本文也將此架構與傳統系統開發方式 (例如:system development life cycle, SDLC) 做比較。冀望研究結果對資訊系統開發人員有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | The multimedia systems are one of the mainstreams for systems development. Majority of past researches focused on technical domains (i.e., increase the functions), but ignored the importance of the domains of psychological characteristics (e.g., need of cognition for end users). Hence, when information systems (IS) were introduced into the businesses, it often happened the problems of resistance produced by end users or ineffectiveness produced by IS. The paper is based on the theories of users' cognition, such as need of cognition, microcomputer playfulness, and user information satisfaction. The researchers focus on the development of multimedia systems and propose a conceptual framework. It consists of four phases: (1) requirements of end users, (2) user interface, (3) systems design for multimedia, (4) measure of user satisfaction. Moreover, the researchers describe the procedures of every phase. For applications of the conceptual framework, this study applies Windows 95 for validations between the conceptual framework and the real system. Also, the researchers make the comparisons between this framework and traditional systems development (e.g., systems development life cycle, SDLC). These results should be helpful for the staffs of department of IS. |
