中文摘要 | 本試驗係利用牡蠣能攝食浮游生物的特性,來淨化草蝦池的水質,故使用牡蠣養 殖池與草蝦養殖池水互相循環二組及依據一般草蝦養殖方式作對照,以了解節約養殖用水可 能性,並探討其對水質、藻類相及草蝦成長之影響。本試驗共實施75天,試驗結果發現循 環池之養殖狀況最佳,其中一組循環池之草蝦平均體重達26.1g,活存率為80.0%,另一組 則養殖中雖發生白點病毒感染,成長較差,仍有57.5%活存率;而對照池之平均體重為20.5g, 活存率為74.0%。試驗期間循環池水色均維持綠色,而對照池養殖中期以後則呈褐綠色。循 環池之透明度亦比對照池高。氨氮最高值僅0.278mg/L,亞硝酸氮分佈在0.001-0.049mg/L 之間,均低於安全濃度之範圍內。在藻類相方面,養殖池中以藍綠藻最多,其中優勢種有 Aphanocapsa delicatissima,Synechocystis sp.和 Oocystis parva等。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to determine the water quality, algae phase and growth of Penaeus monodon when they were cultured in two treatment ponds. Treatment pond was designed to contain shrimp culture unit and oyster culture unit. Two units were connected to recirculate the pond water. The control group was conventional shrimp pond. This experiment accomplished in 75 days. The results showed that circulated water pond has good culture condition. The shrimp average body weight of this pond reached 26.1g and 80% survival rate, whereas average body weight was 20.5g and 74% survival rate in control pond. The water color remained green in circulated water pond system, but water color turned brown green after middle culture period in control pond. The transparency of water in circulated pond is higher than that of control pond. Ammonium-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen concentration reached 0.278 and 0.049 mg/L, respectively in the ponds which are safe for P.monodon. Blue-green algae are growing in great quantity. The major specics of glage are Aphanocapsa delicatissima, Synechocystis sp. and Oocystis parva etc. |
