中文摘要 | 1993年9月至1994年5月間,調查嘉義縣新港及臺南縣麻豆、學甲等萊豆栽培區之 萊豆病害,發現Pythium aphanidermatum引起之苗猝倒病、Fusarium solani引起之根腐病 、Oidium sp.引起之白粉病、Blackeye cowpea mosaic virus (BICMV)與Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV)引起之病毒病害等五種萊豆病害。其中苗猝倒病及根腐病均為臺灣之新紀錄。 苗猝倒病菌與根腐病菌的生長溫度範圍為15∼35℃,最適生長溫度分別為35與30℃。 |
英文摘要 | The survey on the diseases of lima bean were proceeded in the cultivating fields of Hsinkang in Chiayi, Matou and Hsuehchia in Taiman from Sept. 1993 to May 1994. Five lima bean diseases were collected from the above area and the causal agents were isolated and/or identified from diseased plants. The followings were the major diseases and their causal agents of this survey: damping off caused by Pythium aphanidermatum, root rot caused by Fusarium solani, powdery mildew caused by Oidium sp., virus diseases caused by Blackeye cowpea mosaic virus (BICMV) and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV). This is the first report of Pythium aphanidermatum and Fusarium solani as two new records-of Phaseolus limensis from Taiwan. The cardinal temperatures for mycelial growth of P. aphanidermatum and F. solane ranged between 15℃ and 35℃ with optimum being 35℃ and 30℃. |
