中文摘要 | 本調查係重複3次實地調查嘉南地區四戶乳羊場,採用不同糞尿處理模式之成效 。四戶受調查乳羊場,其羊糞處理方式分別為:第一個乳羊場採清水沖洗,固液分離,廢 水直接灌溉牧草地,羊糞直接曬乾的處理方式;第二個乳羊場採用方式與第一個乳羊場相 似,但廢水經三段式處理系統處理後放流;第三個乳羊場與第二個乳羊場相似,但羊糞採 堆置於堆肥舍20天處理;第四個乳羊場採刮糞處理方式清除糞尿,使尿液全部吸附於糞中 ,再添加發酵菌(Bacillus subtilus)後堆置40天。第一與第二個乳羊場,羊糞處理後成品 灰分無增加,表示無堆肥發酵減少有機物之效果。第三個乳羊場,其成品灰分有顯著提高 (原料12.7%,成品15.0%;p<0.05),但其提高程度不如第四個乳羊場(原料12.1%,成品 20.2%;p<0.05)。第四個乳羊場羊糞處理模式比較符合正常堆肥製作方法,因此有機物於 堆肥過程充分減量。第二個乳羊場的三段式廢水理系統於試驗期間故障,因此無廢水處理 效果資料。第三個乳羊場的三段式廢水處理系統,放流水的化學需氧量(chemical oxygen demand;COD)、生化需氧量(biochemical oxygen demand;BOD)、懸浮固體(suspended solid ;SS)、總固體(total solid;TS)均顯著比進流水的值降低(1025±168.3vs.7705±322.3, 132±13.3vs.1806±31.2,145±67.0vs.4083±157.0,5043±174.8vs.8737±247.1mg/1; p<0.05);其中COD與BOD仍不符國內放流水標準(450.80mg/l)。另以萵苣種子發芽率判定羊 糞堆肥腐熟程度,發現不能明顯區分生羊糞與堆肥成品之間差異。 |
英文摘要 | The survey of the fecal and urine treatment models in four different dairy goat farms in the area of Chai-I and Tainan was done three times during December, 1994 till April, 1995. First three dairy goat farms used large amount of water to wash the floor once every three days and separate the solid and liquid by manuaj or machinery, following by direct discharge of waste water into farm land in the first farm or by three-stage waste water treatment system in the other two. The solid fraction was dried by sun in the first two farm immediately after soild-liquid separation. The third farm piled the wet solid for 20 days before sundrying process. The last dairy goat farm cleaned their floor by scraping without water flushing which allowed the urine to be absorbed by feces. Commercial compost agent of Bacillus subtilus was added before the composting process intiated for a period of 40 days. Only the third and fourth farms had fecal treatment products with increased level of ash content, indcating a better decomposting of fecal organic matter. The three-stage waste water treatment system did not function properly due to non-steady inflow of waste water by the infrequent floor flushing practice used by the farms of the present survey. In conclusion, the waste treatment model employed by the fourth farm can be an efficient method adopted for the dairy goat farms. |
