中文摘要 | 為改善目前三段式豬糞尿處理系統中活性污泥法處理效率不穩定之缺點及提高氮的去除率,以現行之三段式豬糞尿處理方式為對照組,另外改良三段式處理系統,將厭氣處理分為二段,分別置於活性污泥法的前、後段,但維持厭氣處理之總水力停留時間不變當作試驗組,觀察試驗在各處理階段之COD、BOD、SS、沼氣產生量及各種型態氮的變化情形。由20次採樣分析的結果顯示,由排放水質觀之,不論是COD、BOD或SS之結果均以試驗組較佳。但試驗組排放水之COD值,僅2次可達現行放流水標準,0次符合87年之放流水標準;對照組之COD均無法合乎現行之放流水標準。如果不考慮COD,試驗組排放水之BOD值,均可符合現行之放流水標準,然有3次無法達到87年之標準;對照組則BOD有一次不符合現行標準,4次無法達到87年之標準。SS則無論試驗組或對照組全部符合現行標準,但對照組有1次不符合87年標準。此外,總氮的去除率對照組與試驗組分別為28.7%與57.4%。綜合言之,試驗組處理效果比現行三段式豬糞尿廢水處理法穩定,並有去氮的功能,應可推廣應用。另無論試驗組或對照組之COD均無法符合現行放流標準,故環保署對放流水COD標準的訂定是否合理,有待商榷。 |
英文摘要 | Though the three-step hog waste treatment system is satisfactorily used by most of the farmers in Taiwan, it still has the defects of instability in the activated sludge process (ACP) treatment and low removal of nitrogenous pollutants. TO improve the drawbacks mentioned above, a treatment system of modified three-step treatment was tested and the water qualities of each treatment stages and biogas production of different treatments were measured during the experiment. The regular three-step treatment (solid-liquid separation-anaerobic fermentation-ACP) was used as the control, and the experiment group was a modified three-step treatment (separation-anaerobic fermentation-ACP-anaerobic fermentation system) and the total hydraulic retention time of two stage anaerobic fermentation was the same as the control (10 days). From the BOD, COD and SS analyses of final effluents, it was found that water qualities of the experiment group were better than the control. The removal efficiencies of total nitrogen were 57.4% and 28.7% for experiment and control group, respectively. In conclusion, the performance of the modified treatment system was better than the three-step treatment that has been used by lots of farmers at present time. Comparing the effluents' water qualities with government regulations, the following results were obtained: in the experiment group, only 2 out of 20 samples were able to meet the present standard, and none to meet the standard of 1998 in COD category; all 20 samples were qualified as compared to the 1993 standards of BOD and SS, but 3 BOD analyses data were above the 1998 standard. Therefore, the appropriateness of COD standards is questionable. |
