中文摘要 | 隨著本省養豬事業的成長,豬糞尿對於環境品質的威脅與日俱增。豬糞尿中所含 有機物及植物養分為寶貴的資源,若能妥善處理,不但可減輕對環境的污染,還可以回收有 用的副產品,而增進養豬場的生產力。唯處理豬糞尿的技術有很多種,各有所長,養豬農民 該如何選擇,是一大難題。又因為大部分的時候,一個處理單元不能獨力將原廢水處理到符 合排放水標準的地步,所以常常必須組合一個以上的單元成為一個處理系統,選擇益形複雜 。為協助農民解決豬糞尿廢水處理的技術問題,故建立本專家系統。本文的目的在報導一個 以 PDC Prolog �n的電腦語言所建立的豬糞尿處理的專家系統。系統的操作採用對談式,咨 詢過程中,使用者回答一些與養豬場相關的問題及個人在豬場經營管理方面的偏好,本系統 除考慮經過處理的糞尿廢水能否符合國家放流水標準外,亦考慮養豬場的地點、土地面積大 小、飼養規模、畜舍清洗及廢水收集的方式、農場作物的肥份需求,及處理程序的處理效率 等資料。系統的建議包括物理的(固液分離),生物的(廄肥豬舍、厭氣、好氧、堆肥及土 壤消納等)處理程序及施灌的使用量。 |
英文摘要 | With growint swine population in Taiwan, wastewater from swine production is putting increasing pressure on the environemt. Organic contitutents and plant nutrients in swine manure are valuable resources. Proper treatment of swine meanure would not onlyreduce pollution but also produce useful by-products, thereby, enhancing the productivity of a swine farm. There are many treatment technologies, each with its pros and cons. Deciding on which treatment technology to use is difficult for the farmers. to complicate the decision process further, it is frequently necessary to combine several technologies into a treatment system since a single treatment technology often cannot produce results that will meet current wastewater discharge standards. A swine manure treatment expert system was developed with PDC prolog�n on IBM �ncompatible PCs to help farmers with these technical problems. The purpose of this paper was to report on the development of the expert system. The system runs interactively. During a consultation, the user answer questions about his farms and personal preferences on farm management practices. The system considers information such as location of the farm, land area, scale of production, methods of waste cleaning and collection, fertilizer needs of the farm and treatment efficiencies of different alternatives. It makes recommendation of treatment systems that will satisfy discharge standards. The recommendations include physical (solid/liquid separation) as well as biological (manure compost pig house, anaerobic and aerobic digestion, composting and soil treatment) processes and land application rates. |
