中文摘要 | 本研究以換水式靜態試驗法探討含氮化合物對淡水石斑 Cichlasoma managuense 之急性毒性。結果顯示,總氨氮對於淡水石斑魚苗的 24,48,72 及 96 小時之半致死濃度 (LC �t) 分別為 33.216,26.963,16.924 及 13.109 mg/L TAN,以非離子態氨氮計算則分別 為 1.826,1.634,1.201 及 1.019 mg/L NH��-N。亞硝酸態氮對於淡水石斑魚苗的 48,72 及 96 小時半致死濃度分別為 60.321,32.564 及 20.351 mg/L NO��-N。由此可知,在實驗條 件下(水溫 26 ± 1 ℃,pH 值 8.2-8.3,總硬度 140-150 mg/L CaCO�陛^,總氨態氮對淡 水石斑魚苗的急性毒性明顯地高於亞硝酸態氮,這個現象值得注意。對淡水石斑集約式養殖 的水質管理而言,本研究建議可接受的氮化濃度分別為 0.131 mg/L TAN (0.010 mg/L NH�� -N) 和 0.204 mg/L NO��-N。 |
英文摘要 | Median lethal concentrations (LC�t) of ammonia and nitrite to the fry of guapote tigre, Cichlasoma managuense, were determined in renewal static toxicity tests. The 24-h, 48-h, 72-h, and 96-h LC�tvalues of ammonia were 33.216, 26.963, 16.924, and 13.109 mg/L TAN (or 1.826, 1.634, 1.201 and 1.019 mg/L NH��-N), respectively. LC�testimates for nitrite at 48-h, 72-h, and 96-h were 60.321, 32.564, and 20.351 mg/L NO��-N, respectively. It is interesting to note that total ammonia nitrogen toxicity to the freshwater fish were significantly higher than nitrite nitrogen toxicity at 26 ± 1℃, pH 8.2-8.3, and total hardness of 140-150 mg/L as CaCO��. This approach suggests 0.131 mg/L TAN (or 0.010 mg/L NH��-N) and 0.204 mg/L NO��-N for C. managuense in intensive culture be acceptable levels. |
