中文摘要 | Benzalkonium Chloride (BKC)常用顧消除養殖池中過多的藻類,但其對於養殖池水質 所造成的影響仍不明瞭,本研究藉測定池水中所含之PO4-P、ammonia-N、NO2-N及NO3-N 的變化,以了解BKC消除藻類後對於水質產生的影響。結果顯示,雖然選用Tetraselmis chui Chaetoceros gracilis、Chlorella sp.及Isochrysis galbana等四種不同的藻類,但添加BKC後所 產生的水質變化還是很相近。經BKC處理藻類後,水中PO4-P及NO3-ND的濃度會隨時間而 降低,且各試驗組間改變量與BKC的添加量成正比;ammonia-N;NO2-N的濃度雖會隨著時 間增加,但其增加量與BKC的添加量無關。 |
英文摘要 | Benzalkonium chloride (BKC) is commonly used to control excessive algae in aquacultrural ponds. However, every little is known about the effect of BKC on the water quality. We studied the effects of BKC by the concentrations of PO4-P, ammonia-N, NO2-N and NO3-N. Tetraselmis chui, Chaeterros gracilis, Chlorella sp. and Isochrysis similar pattern among the different algae. After the BKC treatment, PO4-P and NO3-N decreased with time. The variation of ammonia-N shows a maximum concetration after 2 days. The intensity of variations of PO4-P, NO3-N and ammonia-N is proportional to the concentration of BKC added. NO2-N increased with time, but was not related to the concentration of BKC. |
