中文摘要 | 由於高屏地區水源日漸枯竭,水質日益惡化,以離子交換技術產製純水供生產、 發電使用之除礦設備之採水能力將下降,設備之再生頻率及再生廢水產出亦因而增加。 因應水源枯竭,水質惡化,日增純水需求及廢水產出,如何減少純水製程中水源之耗用及廢 水之產出,仍是作業規劃中一重要課題。 本文說明動力工場純水處理工廠,在過去三年來於節水和減廢方面所做之努力與績效。 |
英文摘要 | For the sake of limited water source and poor water qualities in Kaohsiung-Pingdong area, the capacity of the demineralized water plant, which uses the ion exchange technology and produces demineralized water for the steel making, will decrease. The regeneration frequency of ion exchanger will increase by degradation of capacity. The water consumption and waste water produced during the regeneration will therefore increase simultaneously. In facing gradual reduction of the limited water source, poor raw water qualities, high demineralized water demand and high waste water produced, it is a very important course to find ways to save the raw water consumption, to reuse and recycle the waste water. This paper summarize efforts which have been done in the demineralized plant of power house in the past three (3) years. |
