中文摘要 | 本研究應用美國 ANSYS 公司發展的 ANSYS 5.2 有限元素軟體,以及現場實驗量 測的方法,分析南化水庫輸水隧道之壓力鋼管靜態結構。 FEM 分析的情況包括:( i )埋 設山腹中承受均佈內壓,均佈外壓,及局佈外壓的壓力鋼管;( ii )靠近伸縮節且暴露於 大氣,承受均佈內壓的壓力鋼管。由於受限於客觀環境,實驗只針對靠近伸縮節且暴露於大 氣, 承受均佈內壓之壓力鋼管。 比較 FEM 數值與實驗數據, 得知本研究所採用的 FEM Model 為一合理而且可靠的 Model。 利用此一 FEM Model 預估水庫加 20 公尺,現有輸水 隧道之壓力鋼管之應變。結果顯示現有輸水隧道之壓力鋼管,如果在山腹中有管湧作用在壓 力鋼管外壁,且局部外壓在 9.5 kgf/cm �插A以及作用面積小於 1m �揹氶A足以承受加高後 之最高水庫水位( 205 m )之靜態負荷。 |
英文摘要 | By employing finite element software, ANSYS 5.2 and the filed instrumention, the static structure of the penstock in water Releasing tunnel of Nan-Haw Reservoir, Nan-Haw, Taiwan, R.O.C. was studied numerically and experimentally. The FEM analysis cases included (i) penstock in the tunnel receiving the uniform internal pressure, the uniform external pressure and the concentrated external pressure;(ii) penstock close to expansion joint receiving the uniform internal pressure. By copmaring FEM numerical results with experimental data, we obtained a reasonable and reliable FEM model, By using this FEM model, we evaluated whether the existent penstock is able to stand for the additional 20 m water head or not. If there is piping acting upon the outer surface of the penstock, the concentrated external pressure is 9.5 kgf/cm ��, and the area is less than 1 m ��,the existing penstock is able to stand for additional 20 m hydrostatic water head. |
