英文摘要 | A series of 5-methyl-2-furyl methyl ketone substituted phenylhydrazones and related compounds were synthesized. Some of them (4a-e) were examined for their antiplatelet activity and showed significant activity. Among them, 5-methyl-2-furyl methyl ketone 4-fluorophenylhydrazone (4a) was found to have the most activity and was selected as a candidate for further evaluation. |
