中文摘要 | 本個案是一位門診治療的結核病患,因對疾病及治療的認知不足,加上藥物的副作用 引起不適而私自停止服藥;經筆者發現個案的問題,運用教學方法與資源,給予個案護理指導, 並收案追蹤管理。護理指導過程中,筆者與個案曾面談三次,電話訪問二次,家庭訪視一次。所 用的教學方法有講述法、問答法、與個案討論適合其個別性的生活方式,並使用結核病護理指 導手冊、掛圖、結核病藥品實物、護理指導單張等教學工具,有效地解釋內容;運用課前課後 評量表、結核病患護理追蹤單,作為評值工具;使用口頭評值法、行為觀查法、查核個案門診 治療記錄、清點剩餘藥片等方法來評值個案是否採行所建議的預防性健康行為,結果發現個案 的知識與態度有正面的改變,並且按時回門診繼續服藥治療。 |
英文摘要 | Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease which needs anti-tuberculosis therapy for 6-9 months. During the course of treatment, certain factors make patients stop treatment without physician's approval. The results or stopping treatment not only interrupts one's recovery, but also spreads the infection onto others. The case in this study was a tuberculosis outpatient who was deficient in knowledge about disease and treatment. He stopped using the medication because of side effects. When the author became aware of this problem, she used reaching methods and resources to help the patient and at the same time monitor the process and the outcome. During the teaching peroid, the author interviewed the patient three times, phoned him twice and made a home visit once. She used lectures、questions and answers to promote the patient's knowledge about the nature of diseases, and discussed the suitable life-styles with the patient. She used tuberculosis booklets、information sheets、posters and drug samples for effective explanation and also used the pretest and posttest, nursing record, oral test, behavior observation, pill counts and so on to evaluate the teaching outcome. In the end, she found the knowledge and the behavior of the patient improved, and he thus continued to receive the treatment regularly. |
