中文摘要 | 擺輾鍛造為一項新的加工技術,加工時因模具與工件是呈局部接觸的方式,故其 所需的鍛造負荷較傳統製程為小,因而鍛造加工機的出力和模具受力同樣減低,但因擺輾鍛 造在成形機構與成形原理均和傳統鍛造方式有別,所以必須考慮到不同的製程參數。 本文中利用有限元素分析軟體 DEFORM-3D 進行擺輾鍛造的模擬, 對於不同的重要製程 參數,如模具進給速度、上模擺角與模具轉動速度等,加以討論各項參數對於胚件的成形負 荷、變形模式之影響,並以機車變速齒輪胚工業實例做模擬對象,完成鍛造負荷、運動模式 、模具應力與材料流動充填的模擬分析,做為實際模具設計和生產加工條件設定的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Orbital forging is a relatively new process for the plastic forming of metal. Axial force by orbital forging is lower than that by conventional forging, because only a small area of the die is in contact with the workpiece. However, different porcess parameters must be considered in orbital forgig due to the specia die kinematics. In this paper, we use computer simulation technique and FEM code DEFORM-3D to study the critica process parameters, such as, the feeding rate of the die, the rocking angle and rotation frequency of the upper die. Then the forging loads, stress distribution, motion of die and velocity field of motorcycle gea blank during orbital forging were analyzed. These simulated results can take as a reference for the design of the dies and for the control process parameters. |
