中文摘要 | 本實驗使用三種不同的方法去降低Chitosan分子量,方法1.使用高濃度之氫氧化鈉溶液(50%NaOH solution)與Chitin在100℃的高溫下反應之,並改變不同的反應時間。方法2.使用5%之鹽酸(HCl)溶液與Chitin在100℃的高溫下反應之,並改變不用的反應時間,之後在行脫乙醯化反應。方法3.使用不同濃度之過氧化氫(H2O2)水溶液(0.03%與0.7%)各在不同的溫度下(55℃與75℃)與已行脫乙醯化反應之Chitosan反應之,並分別設定反應時間為1與2小時。由實驗之結果可得知:當使用高濃度之NaOH或低濃度之HCl來降解Chitosan之分子量時,其降解情形隨反應時間之加長而愈軀嚴重。當欲大幅降低Chitosan之分子量時,較快且較經濟方便的方法為選用過氧化氫(H2O2)為其分子量降解時之處理劑。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, there were three kinds of methods to be used to degrade the molecular weight of Chitosan. 1.Chitin reacted with high concentration NaOH solution at 100℃and reaction time varied. 2.Chitin reacted firstly with 5% HCI solution at 100℃and reaction time varied, then to be Chitosan by deacetylation. 3.Different concentration of H2O 2 solution(0.03% and 0.7%)、temperature(55℃and 75℃) and reaction time (1 and 2 hours) were selected to degrade the molecular weight of Chitosan, respectively. From the results of experiment, it was found that the degree of degradation was increased with increasing reaction time when hight concentration NaOH solution and 5% HCl solution were used to degrade the molecular weight of Chitosan. The best way is to use H2O2 solution to degrade the molecular weight of Chitosan. |
