英文摘要 | Removal of free radioiodide from [�贇] meta-iodobenzylguanidine ([�贇] MIBG) was easily performed by using a copper metal powder, placed in syringe. Only a trace of free radioiodide (<2%) was left after passing through copper powder column, while the loss of [ �� I] MIBG due retention on column was negligible (∼ 2.8%). To simplify and shorten the radiochemical testing, we have developed a ITLC paper chromatography method using distilled water as a mobile phase. The results indicated that [ �� I ] MIBG moved R �� = 0.05, while the free radioiodide migrated to R �� = 0.9. The total developing time for the different strips was determined. The simple and reliable methods offer the possibility of application in purification step and radiochemical purity testing in routine production, in research or in hospitals. |
