中文摘要 | 正確判讀鎝-99m標幟腦灌注造影劑如鎝-99mTc-ECD之腦SPECT,前提為核醫藥物之腦部攝取必須夠高。腦外軟組織之放射活性高於腦組織織異常象並不常見。本文報告兩例使用同一瓶組套配製鎝-99mTc-ECD發現腦外軟組織高放射活性病例。由於發現低放射化學純度,顯然此異常現象為藥物瑕疵導致。 |
英文摘要 | Interpretation of a brain SPECT using 99mTc labeled cerebral perfusion imaging agent such as 99mTc-ECD requires high uptake of the tracer in the brain. extracerebral soft tissue activity higher than that of cerebral activity is infrequently observed. We report two patients with extracerebral soft tissue activity when they were administered 99mTc-ECD prepared from the same kit vial. This was apparent radiopharmaceutical fault with low radiochemical purity of 99mTc-ECD. |
