中文摘要 | 垂挺係數為決定織物手感,外觀及機械性質主要因素之一。在本文中基於BS, CNS,INDA,ISO及EDANA國際標準之測試方法,採用Cusick垂挺係數測試儀之原理開發靜態與動態垂挺性自動測試系統(SDDAMS)。本系統硬體部份包括有垂挺樣本臺,彩色影像攝影機設置於Cusick垂挺係數測試樣本臺之正上方,並與個人電腦相連接,最後一部份為旋轉樣本臺其被一伺服馬達所驅動並藉由一可程式控制器來控制伺服馬達。SDDAMS系統為一自行開發合影像補捉處理應用軟體。SDDAMS系統在Microsoft Windows NT版本已被開發應用在 IBM PCs。此Windows版本應用Microsoft Visual C+ + 4.0與WATCOM C+ +10.6開發工具。 此系統至少需32 megabytes of RAM 40與megabytes硬碟空間處理。本系統可應用於梭織物、針織物、非織物、紙、皮製品、薄膜等的動態與靜態垂挺性。更可進一步尚可探討動態靜態織物垂挺性與織物客觀手感值與織物機械性質之相關性。 |
英文摘要 | The drape coefficient is clearly a major factor in determining fabric handle, appearance, and mechanical properties. In this study, a computerized static and dynamic drape coefficient automatic measuring system based on the Cusick's Drapemeter is proposed. The system is called Static and Dynamic Drape Automatic Measuring System (SDDAMS). There are three main parts in the schematic diagram of the SDDAMS system. Firstly, this is the traditional apparatus of measuring the fabric drape. Secondly, it is a colour video cam era, which was mounted at the top of the Drapemeter, and through a communication cable to link with a personal computer. Finally, the rotating sample table which was driven by stepping motor and the motor is controlled by a programmable logic controller. The SDDAMS system is an integration of the Image Capture and Image Processing Application Software, and the proposed SDDAMS System Software. The Microsoft Windows NT version of SDDAMS system has been developed by IBM PCs. The Windows version was written in Microsoft Visual C+ + 4.0 and WATCOM C+ + 10.6 development tools. It requires 32 megabytes of RAM at least and 40 megabytes of hard disc space. It could be used for measuring the static and dynamic drape coefficient in nonwoven, woven, and knitted fabrics. Otherwise, It also could be used in paper, laminated cloth, and plastic film etc. The mathematical and statistical analysis could be used to evaluate the reliability, accuracy, and stability of this system. Furthermore, the correlations among the dynamic and static drape properties, total hand value, and mechanical properties could be investigated. |
