英文摘要 | A study of using technique of image analysis to characterize and evalu-ate textile products was briefly introduced. Images were filtered to remove noise and image's grey values were computed. There were 11 descriptors used to characterize fiber crimp. The complexity of fiber cross-section could be indicated by geometrical descriptors, and the maturity of cotton fiber could be calculated with object's perimeter and lumen. Carpet appearance loss due to mechanical wear may be evaluated with respect to changes of intensity in carpet surface and tufts placement. Pore shapes of nonwoven fabric indicated with same descriptors of fiber cross-section. Both methods of Fourier analysis and Flow-field analysis were able to evaluate fiber ori-entation in nonwoven fabric. |
