中文摘要 | 國內利用顯微鏡玻片從事動、植物病理的研究相當多,但是實際應用時卻經常遭 遇到祇能針對顯微鏡下某一特定區域從事分析, 因此無法很精確地自動分析整個玻片上的 物體,而目前相關的自動取像與分析系統皆從國外進口,價格相當高昂,本研究最主要的目 的在於發展出一套經濟且能自動分析玻片上彩色影像的系統。因此我們利用了步進馬達及相 關的控制技術設計出:( 1 )影像擷取及( 2 )玻片移動部份兩個獨立的控制介面;配合 數位影像處理及圖訊識別的技術,我們將本系統應用於鴨肝的切片影像分析,自動且有效地 分析整個切片,並得到相關的統計結果,這些結果使得獸醫師能藉此評估鴨子肝硬化的嚴重 程度及提供防治疾病的參考,未來我們將本系統推廣至其它動、植物的生理或病理的研究。 |
英文摘要 | A great deal of research related to animal or plant pathology from microscopy slices were explored in Taiwan. Most of the current research only focused on analyzing a specific area on microscopy with human vision. Therefore, it was difficult to objectively and accurately analyze the selected slices. The facilities equipped with the functions mentioned above were imported in the past few years, but they could not correspond to the practical applications in different fields. The major goal of this study was to develop an economic and automatic system in analyzing this kind of images. Therefore, control techniques on step motor were utilized to design two independent interfaces:1) image acquisition;2) slice movement. The system was applied to the automatic analysis of duck's liver slice images using digital image processing and pattern recognition. It could automatically and effectively analyze the entire slice, and obtain satisfactory statistical results. These assessments would be helpful to veterinarians when they assess the severity of duck's liver fibrosis, and provide a valuable reference for preventing the disease. In the future, the proposed system will be extended to other research fields including animal or plant biology and pathology. |
