中文摘要 | 普卡因種胺用於冶療心律不整時,必需監測其血中濃度。本研究針對25℃、35℃,相對濕度95%、75%、5%等環境下保存一段時間的普卡因醯胺與乙醯水楊酸混合物,利用高效液相層析儀進行分析。實驗結果顯示,上述成分發生轉乙醯化反應,生成物經與標準品於薄層層析、氣相層析、紫外光譜、紅外光譜直接比較,證實為N-乙醯普卡因醯胺和水楊酸。其轉換率隨著保存時間、溫度、相對濕度之增加而增加。本研究結果在臨床藥學上具有參考價值。 |
英文摘要 | The control of the plasma level of procainamide is essential in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. The present study concerned with HPLC analysis of the mixture of procainamide and acetylsalicylic acid, incubated at 25℃ or 35℃ under the relative humidity of 95%, 75% or 5 % for an extended period of time. The experimental results indicated that trans-acetylation between procainamide and acetylsalicylic acid leads to the formation of N-acetylprocainamide and salicylic acid with identification on the basis of direct comparison of their TLC, GLC, UV, and IR spectra with authentic samples. The transfer rate increased as the storage time, temperature, or relative humidity increased. The overall results prove to be informative with respect to clinical pharmacy. |
