英文摘要 | An electrical charge can easily accumulatged on the surface of an organic polymer owing to the poor electrically conductive nature of these materials. The typical surface resistance of an organic polymer is in the order of 12-16. Doping of conjugated polymers, e.g. polyaniline, or blending a polymer with carbon black and/or metal particles are utilized to pervent accumulation of charge on surface of polymeric materials. Applications of an electrically conductive polymers include the following: (1) anti-static packaging materials, (2) ESD protection, also used as packaging materials, (3) EMI/RFI shielding material to protect electronic and communication equipment, and (4)conductive edhesive, such as silver pasts and ACF. This article reviews tthe latest technological advances associated with electrically conductive polymers. |
