中文摘要 | 本研究以21位大專女子足球選手為受試者(平均年齡19.0±2.1歲,身 高163.5±4.6公分,體重56.2±6.3公斤,球齡8.8±1.4年),以隨機分 派方式將其分成兩個實驗組及一個控制組。三組受試者每週都接受相同的技術 訓練計畫,而兩實驗組另外接受6週,每週3天,每天5組,每組左右反覆側 跳10下(尖錐筒高40公分)之增強式運動訓練。實驗期間依練習之休息間 歇時間不同,將兩實驗組區分為短時間(5秒)休息組(短休組)和長時間 (60秒)休息組(長休組)。實驗前後分別以垂直跳和側跳法進行受試者無 氧運動能力評量,期能瞭解這兩種增強式運動訓練方式對大專女子足球選手無 氧運動能力之影響,並比較這兩種訓練效果是否有差異。獲得資料以相依樣本 t考驗及獨立樣本單因子共變數分析處理。結果發現短休組及長休組實驗後之 垂直跳測驗成績均顯著(p<0.05)優於實驗前水準,也都顯著(p<0.05)優於控 制組,表示兩實驗組訓練方式對受試者非乳酸性無氧能量有顯著提昇效果。在 側跳法測驗方面,僅有短休組實驗後成績顯著(p<0.05)優於實驗前水準,且 也顯著 (p<0.05) 優於長休組和控制組,顯示短休組訓練方式可有效提昇受試 者乳酸性無氧能量。另外,控制組實驗前後垂直跳和側跳法測驗成績都沒有顯著改變情形。 結論:6 週技術訓練中,聯合兩種增強式運動之一,都有顯著提昇受試者非乳酸性無氧能量 效果,而僅有短休組訓練方式可顯著提昇受試者的乳酸性無氧能量。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two types of plyometric training (PT) in improving anaerobic sport ability (ASA) and compared the difference between the two types. Twenty-one female soccer players of college (age =19.0 ± 2.1yrs., ht.=163.5 ± 4.6cm. wt=56.2 ± 6.3kg, trained age=8.8 ± 1.4yrs.), were matched and then randomly assigned to two PT groups and a control group. Whole groups had the same skill training program, except that the two PT groups added lateral jump over barrier (40cm) ten times repetition in every set and five sets for one day, and three days per week within six weeks. There were two kinds the rest times among two sets between two PT groups, one was the short rest time (5 sec.) group (SRT) and another one as long rest time (60 sec.) group (LRT). Used vertical jump and lateral jump methods to test the subject's ASA in pre-test and post-test. Statistical analysis indicated that the vertical jump score of post-test was significantly (p<0.05)better than the pre-test by the SRT and LRT groups. And the SRT and LRT groups were also significantly (p<0.05) better than the control group. It represented that the training methods of these two groups could helpful to heighten the alactacid anaerobic capacity to the subjects. In aspect of lateral jump way, the SRT group was not only significantly (p<0.05) higher position in post-test to pre-test, but also better (p<0.05) than the LRT and the control groups. It showed that the SRT group could effective beighten the lactacid anaerobic capacity. No significant (p<0.05) changes were found in the control group. It is concluded that 6 weeks of skill training combined with PT could significantly improve players' alactacid anaerobic capacity, and only the SRT group can raise effectively lactacid anaerobic capacity. |
