中文摘要 | 自主神經系統的功能是決定心率變異性的主要因素,而心率變異性隨著年 齡增長而逐漸減退。本研究目的在比較長期從事太極拳運動之男性老年人與一 般男性及高血壓患者自主神經系統功能之差異。本研究以14位長期從事太極 拳運動老年人(TA)(59∼77歲,平均年齡67.71±5.37歲)拳齡為3.5- 15年,每週練習至少三次,每次一小時以上及同年齡一般男性(NT)及高血壓 患者(HT)為對照組做為研究對象,每位受試者皆接受仰臥休息五分鐘並連續 記錄心電圖。以R-R波間隔時間做分析,LF%(LF,0.04∼0.15Hz)以常態 單位顯示表示交感神經活性;以自然對數(Ln)變換來調整高頻(HF,0.15- 0.40Hz)表示副交感神經活性、變異度分佈區域的不對稱。 在安靜心跳率TA比NT及HT患者之心跳率低,且達顯著水準;TA與 NT及HT間R-R波間隔時間恉有顯著差異;在Ln(HF)的結果,TA與HT 有顥著差異,NT與HT也有顯著差異;LF%的結果,TA顯著高於HT NT與另兩組皆無顯著差異;心率變異度部份HT皆顥著低於另外兩組。 本研究結果指出太極拳練習者比未練習太極拳男性老年人有較好的迷走神 經及交感神經之控制能力;太極拳運動是耐力性運動,其強調慢且深的呼吸, 對自主神經功能的退化,有相當程度的預防效果。 |
英文摘要 | The function of autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the main factor for heart rate variability (HRV). that known to decline with age (Collions et al., 1980; /wieling et al., 1982). The prupose of this study was to measure the ANS function of (GE).(Kuo et al., submitted) There were 14 elderly Tai-chi chang exercisers age 59- 77 years, with a mean age (± SD) of 67.71 ±5.37 years. They have practiced Taichi chang at least 1 hour per day,3 times per week for 3.5-15tears. A 5-min precordial ECGs of each subject at supime rest in the daytime was recorded. Freuqencydomain analysis of stationarey RR intervals was performed, revealing total power, low-frequency power (LF, 0.04 TO 0.15Hz), high-frequency power (HF, 0.15 to 0.40Hz), the LF(LF%) in normalized units. The distribution of variance, exhibited severe skewness which can be adjusted by natural logarithm (Ln) transformation table 1.Comparison TA with GE HRV. Table 1.Presented the RR interval、 Ln(HF)、 LF% and variance of two groups. TA had significant higher than GE. The results of this study indicated that Tai-chi chang exercisers have better vagal and stmpathetic control than general elderly population. Tai-chi chang exercise, an endurance exercise which emphasizes slow and deep breathing, amy have preventive effects on ANS function degrading. |
