中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討教育歷程中學生家長參與學校教育的類型與態度。經以分層隨機 抽樣的方式,抽取 2262 為高中(職)、國中、國小、及幼稚園的學生家長作為研究對象, 進行問卷調查。 研究結果可歸納為五項:1. 「與子女直接相關的溝通」被採用的最廣,「 傳統的家長參與類型」次之,「非傳統的家長參與類型」被採用的範圍最小; 2. 家長參與 有助於孩子學習、親師關係、及家長本身,但學校並不常使用文中所列舉的家長參與方式; 3. 家長參與的類型因學校屬性、學校階層、家長婚姻狀況、 及樣本子女性別等的不同而有 差異; 4. 家長參與的效能因學校所在地、學校屬性、學校規模、學校階層、樣本子女出生 序、及子女數等的不同而有差異; 5. 學校採用越多傳統的家長參與類型及與子女直接相關 的溝通,產生的效能越大。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigation the types and effectiveness of parent involvement in the educational process of students. The sample included 2262 students' parents of grades K-12 in the Kaohsiung and Pintung areas of Taiwan. Results revealed that the three types of parent involvement differed in the number of parents involved. There were positive effects of parent involvement on students' learning, the relationships between parents and teachers, and parenting. There were significant differences in the perceptions of parents concerning the types and effectiveness of parent involvement in relation to the school demographic variables and parent demographic variables. Two types of parent involvement, the traditional and the child-related, had significant relationships to the effectiveness of parent involvement. |
