中文摘要 | 不同比例之Nylon12與LCP以二氯乙酸為溶劑作溶液摻合,結果顯示,Nylon12/LCP聚摻合物之Tg與Tm均隨著LCP之含量增加而升高,但聚摻合物中組成變化對Tg點影響並不明顯,可知Nylong12與LCP之相容性不佳。由DSC之降溫曲線所得到之結晶峰溫度範圍會隨著Nylon12/LCP聚摻合物中LCP含量之增加而升高。因為Nylon12之結晶性大於LCP,故在相容的熔融態降溫至等溫結晶之溫度時,Nylong12會先結晶,而產生相分離之現象,一為結晶相(Nylong12 rich),一為非晶相(LCP rich)。而相分離會因LCP含量較多之非結晶相的流動性較佳,使相分離變快。Nylon12/LCP聚摻合物之Avrami常數(n)約為3,但不為3。聚摻合物的速率常數(K)和溫度相關,且速率常數存在最大值。Tmax(速率常數最大溫度)存在的原因可歸納為以下原因。在結晶之溫度下LCP呈熔融態其流動的阻力隨結晶溫度而上升變小。而結晶動力則因結晶溫度上升而變慢。在結晶溫度大於Tmax下LCP有較佳的流動性致使在LCP比例大時不利於結晶,此時流動阻力之影響大於成核的驅動力。反之,Nylon12比例較大時LCP的影響相對的就變小。在結晶溫度小於Tmax時因為Nylon12的結晶大量形成,所以LCP的流動性變小,使得LCP之影響也變小。 |
英文摘要 | The binary blends of LCP/Nylon12 were prepared by solution precipitation. Crystallization behavior of LCP/Nylon12 blends was studied. Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) was used to measure nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization at different experimental conditions. The blends exhibit single glass transition (Tg) and a drastic depression of equilibrium melting temperature over the composition range (20-80 wt%). The amorphous LCP phase from the Nylon12/LCP is found to be partially miscible with Nylon 12, which leads to a decrease of the blends Tg. Analysis of the isothermal crystallization curves by means of the Avrami equation leads to n-3. The analysis of kinetic data according to nucleation theory indicates that crystallization of Nylon12/LCP blends in the explored temperature range show a regime II-III transition. |
