中文摘要 | 理想的社會是一個學習的社會;在這個社會中,所有人民都能接受充分的教育, 終其一生不斷學習。民眾的學習需求豐富多樣,正式教育制度無法充分滿足;所以非正式及 非正規的教育應運而生,且占據成人學習嚐試的絕大部份。獨立學習者自行規劃及執行非正 式學習活動時,須要各方面的協助,圖書館是最恰當的協助單位。圖書館如能發揮資訊供應 ,諮商指導及仲介的服務功能,將是全民終身學習落實的最大助力。 |
英文摘要 | An ideal society is a learning society in which each one receives sufficient education in the whole life. The formal education system cannot satisfy people's abundant and varied learning needs, so informal education and irregular education are produced. These types of education occupy the most part of adult's learning opportunities. During independent learners design and execute their own informal learning activities, they require helps in some aspects. Libraries are the most suitable institutions for providing helps to independent learners. If libraries can develop functions of information supply, consultation, guidance, and brokerage, they would become the most beneficial element for the fulfillment of people's life long learning. |
