中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討目前之混凝土路面設計規範對接縫設計之理念及其缺失。為補充現 有規範對綴縫筋接縫設計之不足, 在文獻回顧中提出綴縫筋接縫的行為理論與分析模型, 做為分析歸納之依據。透過三維有限元素分析模擬不同鋪面設計與綴縫設計,將分析結果轉 換為 ASSHTO 設計規範使用的 J 值與綴縫鋼筋直徑、長度、間距、 接縫寬度等因素之關系 式。根據分析結果與修訂規範設計所得之鋪面厚度發現,適當選擇綴縫鋼筋的尺寸與排列能 夠強化接縫的承載能力,減少混凝土版的設計厚度。其中,綴縫鋼筋的間距的影響力遠大於 綴縫鋼筋粗細的重要性。 |
英文摘要 | The paper reviewed the load transfer design in current design guides. The theoretical mechanism of load transfer for dowel joints was reviewed. To investigate the relationships between the load transfer efficiency and dowel joint parameters, three-dimensional finite element analysis was adopted to analyze pavement structures with various dowel joint designs. Supplemental method for improving the joint design was then proposed for the AASHTO Design Guide. The method allows engineers to design the dowel diameter, dowel length, and dowel spacing in different pavement structures. The study indicated that the dowel spacing is more important than the dowel diameter in determining the critical tensile stresses of concrete slabs. The load transfer design plays an important role in efficient concrete pavement design. |
