中文摘要 | 五種微生物撒佈用除臭劑於除臭實驗時所檢測之H□S、NH□、R-NH□類數據, 經以SAS分析處理數據後,比較“滅菌”與“未滅菌”處理組間(TPT)對於臭氣成份之去除 效果,結果顯示“滅菌”與“未滅菌”處理之除臭劑對於H□S之去除效果兩者間差異不顯 著(P=-0.590),而對於NH□之去除效果兩者間差異亦不顯著(P=0.214),僅對於R-NH□之去 除各組間有趨於顯著之差異(P=0.057)。若比較五種除臭劑(不分滅菌與否)對於臭氣成份 之去除效果,對於R-NH□類之去除效果五種除臭劑間有顯著差異(P=0.019),其中以除臭劑 A與C具有顯著的去除效果,除臭劑B不具去除效果,其餘如除臭劑D與E對於R-NH□皆 有去除效果但不顯著。對於氨之去除效果則趨於顯著(P=0.054)。其中僅除臭劑A對於NH□具 有顯著的去除效果,除臭劑B、C及E對於NH3皆有去除效果但不顯著,除臭劑D則不具 去除效果。 |
英文摘要 | Data of removal of H□S, NH□, and R-nh2 by five commercial microbial deodorants were collected and analyzed by SAS method. Comparing removal efficiency of major odors by autoclaved or nonautoclaved microbial deodorants (TRT), the results showed all deodorants unable to remove H2S (P=0.590) and NH□ (P=0.214) significantly. Only for removing R-NH□ did the efficiency tending to be significant between autoclaved and non-autoclaved sets (P=0.057). When comparing five individual deodorants with the mean data of autoclaved and non-autoclaved sets, R-NH□ was significantly removed (P=0.019). Only deodorant A and C had significant removal efficiency. Deodorant B was unable to remove R-NH□ at all. However, Deodorant D and E reduced R-NH□ but not significantly. However, the removal efficiency for removing NH3 tended to be significant (P=0.054). For removal efficiency of NH□ and R-NH□, only Deodorant A removed NH□ significantly. Deodorant B, C, and E reduced NH□ but not significantly. Deodorant D could not remove NH□ at all. |
