英文摘要 | 本文報導一種測定植物病原菌病原性之接種方法;在植物的葉片和莖不同角度之 定點接種定量之真菌孢子。本方法是將 1-ul 之定量孢子放置在葉片和莖的表面,然後再覆 上 10-ul 之低溫結膠的瓊脂糖 (SeaPlaque agarose) 以固定接種源於定點。利用本方法, 單一 Phytophthora capsici 之游走孢子可以引起甜椒形成局部病斑,且病斑的大小與接種 孢子的數量成正相關。 將 Phytophthora colocasiae 之游走孢子接種於芋頭葉片及 Alternaria brassicae 之分生孢子接種於介藍葉片可以獲得與 P.capsici 相似的結果。本 方法之優點是正確和精確且容易處理接種植物。本方法可能可以應用於其它病原菌。 ed with the number of spores in the inoculum drops.
