中文摘要 | 組織間的同質異質狀態是組織理論中的重要議題。然而此一議題往往被當成先驗 假定項,因而導致組織間同質異質狀態的演變均未被適當處理。本文認為組織間的同質異質 狀態是由組織特質的比較而來,故先提出理解組織特質的多層次多構面模式、以及指出此模 式與組織間同質異質狀態演變的關係。其次,再以這些關係為基礎,找出造成組織間同質異 質狀態改變的因素,並提出相關命題。再根據這些命題指出構成組織間同質異質狀態演變的 基本程序,這些程序的串連,使組織間同質異質狀態的演變呈現循環狀態。最後,本文並提 出研究及管理上的涵義。 |
英文摘要 | Homogeneity and heterogeneity among organizations (HOHEOR) is an important issue in organization theory. However, this issue is usually treated as a transcendent assumption. The treatment makes the evolution of HOHEOR under inadequate discussion. This paper maintains that HOHEOR is determined by comparing the characters among organizations. Therefore, this paper firstly proposes a multilevel and multi-dimension model of comprehending organization's characters and indicates the relationships between the evolution of HOHEOR and the model. Then, based on these relationships, this paper ferrets out the factors causing the change of HOHEOR and relevant propositions. Next, according to these propositions, the elementary processes constituting evolution of HOHEOR are illustrated. The succession of these elementary processes makes the path of evolution of HOHEOR as cyclic one. Finally, the implications of research and management are also suggested. |
