中文摘要 | 臺大醫院早期為因應各醫療院所間之轉診作業,在門診收費處成立轉診櫃臺。其 業務除了安排轉診病人之看診、檢查之外,尚有對轉介醫院醫師之診療回覆、對院內檢查報 告之催收等作業。全民健保實施之後,為應付增加之病人,成立轉診中心,轉診作業雖已完 成初步電腦化,但存有部分問題,隨著轉診人數不斷增加,問題益發突顯。因此,本計劃充 分利用現有設備,重新規劃一適型化整合性電腦作業系統,以改善轉診中心作業。 因衛生署將加強實施醫療分級制度,配合高品質的轉診服務,預期轉診病患將成為本院 重要的病患來源之一。本計劃完成後預期可發揮降低臺大醫院轉診營運成本,加快處理轉診 案件,提高轉診服務品質,爭取病人治療時間之功能。同時轉診案例診斷結果,可提供轉介 醫院醫師臨床上參考,促進其醫療品質之提昇並增進臺大醫院與轉介醫院良性互動關係。 |
英文摘要 | National Taiwan University Hospital is a medical center for the National Health Insurance, so a Referral Center is established for taking care of referral patients. Although NTUH Referral Center had been computerized fundamentally, some problems still exist. Since the number of referral patient is increasing, it is mandatory to install a new right-sized, integrated operating flowchart and computer system for Rerferral Center. There are three goals for this research project:(1) to create a new operating flow that will speed up referral, providing better service, (2) to integrate different software and databases on IBM mainframe, HP workstation, and Personal Computers in Referral Center, reducing reduntant data-keyin and copy cost, and (3) to accumulate transmission time of referral data between NTU and local hospitals or clinics via telephone network, reducing mail cost at the same time. Because "Clinic Classification" is a government policy, referral patients will probably be an important patient resource in NTUH. Serveral benefit such as less cost, sooner handle time, better referral service quality, more time to cure patient may be achieved after this project is completed. The laboratory result of referral cases can teach local practitioners, and improve interactive relationship between NTUH and local hospitals and clinics. |
