中文摘要 | 本文將台灣地區一般學校建築按不同結構系統、不同震區與不同地盤情況分為8 類,共48實例。各類學校建築經耐震評估後,只要它的崩塌水平地表加速度,可達及格標 準的33%,本文建議不必拆除,且給予適當的補強措施,使其耐震能力可達及格目標。為瞭 解48個實例補強前後的崩塌地表加速度與破壞機構,本文計算時將地表加速度於東西向、 南北向、上下向同時輸入三度空間結構,以非線性動態震譜分析法配合SRSS,逐步修正各 構材剛度與結構阻尼比等,進行應力與位移的疊加,直到結構崩塌為止。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper the 5-story school buildings in Taiwan are divided into 8 categories according to different structure systems and site soil conditions. Each category of school building may be located at Zone 1A, Zone 1B, Zone 2 or Zone 3. If any school building reaches at least 33% of the required collapse PGA, it is proposed to be retrofitted not dismantled. There are 48 examples of retrofitting in this study, with 6 examples for each category of the 5-story buildings. Although there are many countermeasures of building strengthening, adding RC shear walls for the existing buildings is suggested since it can effectively decrease the story drift and increase the collapse PGA for low rise buildings. If the site soil bearing capacity is very weak, it is necessary to have soil grouting. In aseismic assessment before and after retrofitting, EW, NS and UD ground accelerations are input simultaneously to the 3 dimensional school buildings. Nonlinear dynamic spectrum analysis method with SRSS technique is employed in this study. |
