中文摘要 | 對於流體流經鈍形體之流力現象探討,過去一般文獻研究之重點較少對流體所引 致物體之振動力施以直接的量測與控制者;其原因主要皆受限於實驗室之既有能量以及採購 昂貴的動態量測儀器之不易,本文首先參考文獻中之資料,輪以彈性力學之分析基礎,自行 研製一實用、線性而價廉的—維平衡儀,以之直接量測圓柱之動態受力;其測試結果顯示高 度的線性度及單軸敏感性。此設計過程及有系統之各項測試結果直接有助於日後其他實驗者 進行類似的實驗設計。另外,本文在圓柱適當位置加入控制圓柱後,可以有效的抑制原有渦 漩剝離之產生;其圓柱阻力係數平均值及變動值之降低量分別高達50%及80%。本文在最後並 以表面油膜流場顯影法歸納說明控制圓柱所造成的流力機構。 |
英文摘要 | Direct measurement of the fluctuating forces induced by flow around a bluff-body has been rare in the past, mainly due to the cost and lack of techniques for the measuring instruments. With reference to the literature, a practical and inexpensive one-component balance is designed and self-made on the base of elasticity theory. The process of the whole design work and systematic test sequence described in this paper serves as a direct and useful reference for potential users. A controlling method to suppress the vibrations induced by a circular cylinder has been tested using this balance. Mean and fluctuation drag forces are reduced up to 50% and 80%, respectively. Surface oil-film method has been used to visualize the flow pattern on the circular cylinder. The flow mechanism of this controlling method is proposed and analyzed. |
