中文摘要 | 本文首次記錄在臺灣發生,未經鑑定的苦瓜--絲瓜嫁接苗苗枯病。此病乃由Alternaria alternata f.sp.cucurbitae 所引起。 接種試驗指出本病原菌僅在 16 ℃或以下的溫度才會危害嫁接苗。因此,在 20 ℃或以上的環境下培育嫁接苗即可逃避本病害。另外,在培養基和嫁接場的塑膠布室內進行藥劑防治試驗, 顯示比芬諾乳劑( pyrifenox EC)最具防治效果。 |
英文摘要 | A previously undiagnoses seedling blight of bitter gourd-loofah graft caused by Alternaria alternata f. sp. cucurbitae is recorded for the first time in Taiwan. Inoculation results revealed that the pathogen only attacked the grafted seedlings at the test temperatures of 8-16 ℃. The disease could be prevented by propagating the grafted seedlings at 20-24 ℃. Among the three fungicides tested, i.e., mancozeb, iprodione, and pyrifenox, pyrifenox was the most effective in inhibiting the mycelial growth of the pathogen on water agar and controlling the disease in the plastic house nurseries. |
