中文摘要 | Renal handling of magnesium (Mg) was investigated in normal, uninephrectomized (UNX), and fivesixths nephrectomized (5/6NX) uremic rats in both conscious and anesthetic conditions. The filtered Mg load decreased whereas both urinary Mg excretion and fractional Mg excretion (FEMg) increased in 5/6NX rats, indicating the decrease of tubular Mg reabsorption with uremia. Arginine vasopressin (AVP) in an antidiuretic dose increased FEMg significantly in normal and UNX rats hut not in 5/6NX uremic rats. Moreover, FEMg correlated positively with urine flow rate and negatively with creatinine clearance. It is concluded that decreased tubular Mg reabsorption in 5/6NX uremic rats might partly result from increment of urine flow rather than from increased secretion of AVP. |
