中文摘要 | 熱軋工廠為一般鋼廠製程中最重要的設備之一, 因其操作溫度高且停機損失大, 所以現場單位對其元件如背輥平軸承等皆相當注意。本文主要探討發生於某熱軋鋼廠背輥平 軸承潤滑失效問題,經由分析軸承於各種操作條件下的作業性能以找出造成問題的原因,提 供現場設備改善建議及措施以期能降低停機損失。軸承分析同時採用文獻資料中所提供的軸 承設計方法,並進行熱液動模式分析以模擬軸承操作,分析結果並與現場檢測狀況相比對。 結果顯示軸承操作有過負荷現象,高油膜溫度及高水含量是軸承損壞的主要原因。加大軸承 間隙可提高滑油進入軸承工作區的流量,因此可增加油膜厚度並有效降低油膜溫度。此外, 因該系統易進水,造成滑油油水分離性較差,直接影響機械潤滑。於現場油箱中外加適量解 乳化添加劑,經試用證實可以有效改善軸承潤滑性能並延長軸承壽命。 |
英文摘要 | The hot rolling mills are one of the most important equipments in the steel plant. Lots of cares are focused on its elements, back-roller plain bearings, for the severe high temperature operation and the high cost of shutdown and maintenance. The causes of lubrication failure at back-roller plain bearings in a steel plant were investigated by analyzing the performance of bearings at various operation conditions. Meanwhile, many efforts were made to improve bearings' operation and to reduce the down-time loss. The thermo-hydrodynamic numerical analysis were adopted to simulate bearings' operation, and the results were compared with those from other design charts published in literature to find out the possible failure modes. It showed that the operation conditions of bearings were severe overloading. High film temperature and high water content in oil might be the main causes resulting in bearings' failure. Enlarging bearing clearance, thus, increasing oil flow rate into the working region, can increase oil film thickness and effectively decrease film temperature in bearings. In addition, adding additional demulsifier additive into the oil tank on site were proved to be very effective to improve the performance of bearings, and to extend bearings' life of operation. |
