中文摘要 | 本研究使用批式反應器,採 one shot 熔融法合成熱塑性 PC 彈性體。所使用之 聚酯多元醇分別為分子量 1000、2000 及 3000 三種,鏈延長劑為1,4-丁二醇及 Bisphenol A Ethoxylate, 二異氰酸酯為二苯甲烷 -4,4'- 二異氰酸酯。 硬段含量介於 31.1wt% 至 46.4wt% 之間,成品為無色且富彈性之 PU 彈性體。 經熱重分析儀( TGA )分析,配方中 硬段含量增加,將使 PU 彈性體成品之第一裂解溫度降低,且其熱分解量也會增加,可推論 第一裂解機構以硬段(即 urethane 基)的熱裂解反應為主。第二裂解機構則以軟段之裂解 反應為主。 經微分掃描熱卡計( DSC )分析,硬段含量增加,會使結晶的機會增大,所得 到的硬段結晶熔點可達 155.2 ℃。 使用較高分子量的聚酯多元醇,不但可增加相分離程度 進而提高結晶熔點, 而且會造成彈性體之玻璃轉移點( Tg )下降, 所得到的 Tg 最低 為 -24.2 ℃。經膠體滲透層析儀( GPC )分析,重量平均分子量介於 80,000 至 200,000 之間,與美國杜邦公司的 Lycra 商品相當。 |
英文摘要 | Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers were melt synthesized using one shot method. The raw materials included diphenylmethane 4,4'-diisocyanate, polyester polyols with molecular weights of 1000, 2000, and 3000, and 1,4-butanediol and bisphenol A ethoxylate as chain extenders. The concentrations of the hard segments ranged from 31.1 to 46.4 wt% and the obtained polymers were all colorless and highly flexible. TGA data showed that the weight loss was dominated by hard-segment degradation at initial stage since the weight loss was increased with the increasing of the concentration of the hard segment. The temperature of the initial degradation was decreased as the concentration of the hard segment was increased. DSC data showed that the crystallizations of the polymers were increased as the concentrations of the hard segment were increased. The highest melting temperature obtained was 155.2℃ while the lowest glass transition temperature was -24.2℃. The glass transition temperature was decreased with increasing of the molecular weight of the polyol. The molecular weights of the polymers were in the range of 80,000 and 200,000 from GPC measurements. |
