中文摘要 | 本研究以混合反應曲面法設計及評估熱塑性聚胺酯彈性體(TPU)聚合反應產物。在TPU配方方面為固定聚酯二元醇、鏈延長劑及二苯甲烷-4,4’-二異氫酸酯(MDI)莫耳比為1:2:3。鏈延長劑為bisphenol A ethoxylate(BPE-20F)、dimer diol與1,4-丁二醇(1,4-BD),依不同比例之混合進行TPU的合成。經由微差掃描熱卡計(DSC)、熱重量分析儀(TGA)、密度分析及統計結果顯示,DSC觀察發現TPU無明顯之熔點確定產物應為隨機共聚合物;經TGA之觀察發現TPU的熱裂解溫度隨著dimer diol比例的增加有上升的趨勢;在密度方面則隨著BPE-20F含量增加而提高;由等高線圖得知,若要得到較低密度及耐高溫之TPU,宜以dimer diol為主要鏈延長劑。 |
英文摘要 | In this study the formulation and optimization of the physical properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) were evaluated by mixture response surface methodology. The molar ratio of the main reaction were 1:2:3 (polyester polyol: chain extender: diphenylmethane-4,4’-diisocyanate). The TPUs prepared from different chain extender blends of bisphenol A ethoxylate (BPE-20F), dimer diol, and 1,4-butanediol (1,4BD) were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and density measurements. The TPUs were random copolymer because no significant melting point was observed by DSC thermograms. The TGA data showed that the thermal degradation temperatures of the polymers increased as the dimer diol content increased. The densities of the polymers increased as the content of BPE-20F increased. |
