中文摘要 | 自本省南部的瓜類黑點根腐病病根組織分離到Monosporascus cannonballus之MC- P24、MC-P36、MC-C25、MC-E3及MC-T1等5株菌株供做測試。本菌在5-40℃都能生長,而菌絲 生長最適溫度為25-35℃。接種在PDA上放置於30℃培養三天,依菌落大小排列依序為MC-C25 ,MC-T1,MC-P24,MC-P36,MC-E3。子囊殼形成之適合溫度在25-30℃之間,但除了MC-E3為 25℃外,其餘四株菌株以25-30℃較為適合。不論剛形成或已形成5個月之子囊孢子,五株菌 株的子囊孢子之發芽率均在0.3%以下。以土壤接種法測試五株菌株對於洋香瓜農友香蘭品種 幼苗的影響,以MC-T1及MC-E3表現之毒性較強,可降低瓜苗出土率,造成根腐,抑制幼苗莖 、根生長;MC-P24及MC-C25次之,而以MC-P36較弱。至於五株菌株對於香蘭的毒性與其菌落 大小及子囊殼形成數之間,並無明顯之相關性。 |
英文摘要 | Five isolates of Monosporascus connonballus were isolated from diseased root of cucurbit crops cultivated in southern Taiwan. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth of theses isolates on PDA was ranged from 25 to 35℃. The colony size of five isolates cultured on PDA at 30℃ were MC-C25 the largest, and MC-T1, MC-P24, MC-P36 and MC-E3 followed. The optimal temperature for perithecium formation on PDA was 25℃ for MC-E3, and 25 to 30℃ for other isolates. The germination rate of ascospore of these five isolates was less than 0.3%. The pathogenicity of these five isolates to muskmelon (Cucumis melo, cv. Sunrise) was evaluated in the greenhouse by direct sowing seeds into infested soil. All tested isolates of M. cannonballus could cause root rot and decrease emergence rate after seven days of sowing, except isolate MC-P36 Isolates MC-T1 and MC-E3 caused the most disease incidence and inhibition in seedling growth. However, no relationship was found between mycelial growth, perithecium formation and disease incidence in this experiment. |
