中文摘要 | 瓜類蔓枯病菌DB-9菌株的分生孢子在25℃經過12小時,發芽率為 11.67,而DB-10菌株分生孢子的發芽率卻高達86.7,二菌株分生孢子的發芽與菌 絲生長的最適溫度均是25℃左右。在15~35℃皆適宜子囊孢子的釋放,其中在25 ℃保濕情況下,子囊孢子即開始釋放,經1小時後達高峰,並可達續釋放達8小 時之久。在25℃經1小時,子囊孢子可開始發芽,9小時後發芽率達最高峰。以10 �穩茪H毫升孢子懸浮液噴佈於載玻片上,在室溫乾燥情況下經過l~4日,孢子發 芽率降為29.3~39.5,13日後不再發芽。田間病蔓上存在有本菌之柄子殼及子囊 果,且可存活4個月之久。 |
英文摘要 | Two isolates, DB-9 and DB-1O of the cucurbit gummy blight, Dldymetta bryonlae,were used to study the effect of temperature on their conidial germination andmycelial growth. Conidial germinations of isolates DB-9 and DB-IO were 12 and 87, respectively, after 12 hr. incubation on 2 water agar at 25℃. In addition, both ofthe cardinal temperatures for conidial germination and mycelial growth were at 25 ℃.Ascospores started to be discharged I hour afterdisease vines with ascomata were keptin moist condition and kept on being discharge for 8 hour. The optimal temperature forascospore discharge was at 25℃. Ascospores were able to germinate from 10℃ to 35℃and the optimal temperature range were between 15 and 30 ℃. Assay of the that airdried conidia could survive on the slides for 13 days at room temperature. Dry andundecomposed cucurbit diseased leaves and stems with pyenidia and ascomata of thefungus were found to be as inoculum sources with infection ability for over 4 months. |
