中文摘要 | 自民國83年起,我們研究台灣地區感染泰國蝦的酵母菌。從台灣南部六個地區 感染泰國蝦的酵母菌一共獲得217株,利用RFLP和RAPD技術將諸株酵母菌分成五 類。依照傳統的形態觀察(EM、TEM、SEM)和生理生化反應,將資料所得輸入酵 母菌電腦軟體內做分析,將這五類酵母菌鑑定為清酒酵母(Candida sake )Ⅰ 第一 類),內孢徵(Endomyces fibuliger Linder)(第二類),Candida sake Ⅱ(第三類), 異畢斥酵母(Pichia anomala)(第四類)和純醱酵母(Candida famata )(第五類)。 本文敘述有關脈衝式電泳(PFGE)分析這五類酵母菌細胞內染色體DNA之可視性, 並比較此間的差異。 |
英文摘要 | During 1944 we investigated the prevalence of yeast infection in freshwater prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii de Mann) cultured in southern Taiwan. We obtained 217 yeast cells from diseased prawns, pond water and sediments in six areas. We applied methods of morphological characteristics. physiological characteristics and pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) to characterize the 217 yeasts. The data were analyzed by means of a computer program for yeast identification. Based on our analysis, the yeast strains were classified as Candida sakeⅠ, Wndomycws fibuliger Lindner, Candida sakeⅡ, Pichia anomala, and Candida famata. |
