中文摘要 | 本研究目的乃在於探討: (一)大專競技運動員最早發生過度訓練與身心倦怠的 時間;(二)競技運動員發生過度訓練與身心倦怠的關連因素分析。研究對象為國立臺灣體 育學院,修習過運動心理學之大專競技運動員共 42 名。研究結果顯示:(一)大專競技運 動員最早發生過度訓練與身心倦怠的時間,大部份是在高中受訓階段,其次是大專階段。( 二)造成競技運動員產生過度訓練與身心倦怠,關連性較高的因素有: 1. 訓練量增加,超過個人身心所能適應、承擔的程度。 2. 想放棄、逃避、退縮的念頭,不願面對艱苦的訓練或比賽。 3. 感覺身體疲勞。 4. 太緊張或壓力太大。 5. 來自教練領導的壓力(與教練互動不良)。 6. 沒有自信(懷疑自我的能力)。 7. 練習內容一成不變,枯燥乏味。 8. 運動表現能力降低(動作走樣或表現停滯)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore: (1) when the overtraining and staleness of competition athletes first apeared; (2) the factors that led to the overtraining and staleness of competition athletes, forty-two students were drawn from Athletics Department, National Taiwan College of Physical Education. They studied Sport and Exercies Psychology. The result indicated that (1) the overtraining and staleness of competition athletes first occurred in the high school; then in college. (2) the factors that led to the overtraining and staleness of competition athletes came from: 1. too much practice and physical training beyond mental and physical capabilities. 2. unwillingness to face tough training or competitions, wanting to give up, escape and withdraw. 3. physical exhaustion. 4. too much stress and pressure. 5. stress from the coach's leading behavior. (poor interaction with the coach). 6. lowered self-confidence (doubt about self performance). 7. boredom because of too much repetition. 8. decrease in performance. |
