中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在探討高血脂病患在攝取薏仁後對血漿脂質及血糖之影響。實驗對象為高血脂症患者男性26人,分成2組,各攝取薏仁或燕麥片每天100g取代部分正餐,攝取4週。給予燕麥之目的在於利用已知可降低血漿脂質的燕麥與薏仁比較,探討薏仁是否與燕麥一樣具有降低血脂質的作用。於攝食2週及4週後分別抽血測定空腹血脂質及血糖含量。結果顯示高血魯症病患在攝取燕麥2及4週後,可降低血漿膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)及總脂質(p<0.05),但是對於三酸甘油酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)則沒有影響(p<0.05)。而攝取薏仁2週及4週後,血漿總脂質、TG、膽固醇、LDL-C及血糖濃度皆明顯地降低(p<0.05),且2及4週的濃度沒有顯著差異;與燕麥組相比較,血漿膽固醇、LDL-C及總脂質降幅二者之間沒有差異,但TG及血糖則薏仁組降幅明顯大於燕麥組(p<0.05);另外,薏仁在攝取4週後,HDL-C濃度有明顯上升的現象(p<0.05),其上升值明顯較燕麥組為高。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary adlay on the levels of plasma lipids and glucose in hyperlipidemic patients. Twenty-six hyperlipidemic patients received 100 gm of either adlay or oat daily for 4 weeks. The use of oat in the study was as positive comparison. Overnight fasting blood samples were drawn at the ends of the second and forth week of the feeding. The plasma lipids and glucose were determined. The results showed that the patients received oat for 2 or 4 weeks, only plasma cholesterol, LDL-C and total lipids were decreased significantly. Whereas, plasma total lipids, triacylglycerols, cholesterol, LDL-C, and glucose were significantly decreased in the patients received adlay. There were no significantly changes in 2 and 4 weeks. Significantly, lower effect on the plasma triacylglycerols and glucose levels were observed in patients ingested adlay than patients ingested oat. Furthermore, the HDL-C level increased in patients ingested adlay after 4 weeks. |
