中文摘要 | 本研究在富鈦二元TiNi合金中添加Zr金屬,配製Ti500.5-xNi49.5Zrx及Ti51.5-x Ni48.5Zrx(X=0 ∼ 25at. % ) 合金,並探討這些合金經過時效、冷加工及熱循環等熱機處 理後之變態行為。 實驗結果顯示, 富銖三元 TiNiZr 合金中添加不同的 Zr 含量,可將使 Ms 點控制在 50 ℃∼ 450 ℃之間,而其變態順序為 B20B19'。在顯微組織方面,玄含許多 第二相 (Ti,Zr) �� Ni 存在於 (Ti,Zr)Ni 晶界中, 但仍有 80 %以上的形狀回復率。 Ti41.5Ni48.5Zr10 合金前十個熱循環, 其變態點下降幅度較 Ti40.5Ni49.5Zr10 合金來得 大,此因前者硬度較高且第二相較多。富欽三元 TiNiZr 合金於常溫冷軋延後其有麻田散體 安定化的現象, 且在相同加工量下, Ti35.5Ni48.5Zr15 合金△ Hv 硬度增加量較 Ti41.5Ni48.5Zr10 合金來得多; 富鈦三元 TiNiZr 合金經熱循環或冷軋延之強化過程亦會 遵守 Ms=To-K △σ y,合金末強化而具有較高敢始硬度及 M* 變態溫度者,其 K 值也較大 ,且 TiNiZr 合金中因有 Zr 的添加而產生固溶強化,所以其強化效應比二元 Ti51Ni49 合 金來得大。 Ti41.5Ni48.5Zr10 合金對 40C ℃母相時效的熱穩定性極佳; 然而 Ti26.5Ni48.5Zr25 合金經 40 ℃麻田散體相時效後卻會有麻田散體安定化的現象。 |
英文摘要 | The martensitic transformation in Ti50.5-xNi49.5Zrx and Ti51.5-xNi48.5 Zrx alloys (X=0 ∼ 25 at.%)were studied by thermo-mechanical treatments. These alloys have B2<->B19' transformation sequence and their transformation peak temperature M* can be raised to 50 ℃∼ 450 ℃ by different amount of Zr addition. Although a great deal of second phase (T@Zr@Ni existingaround (Ti,Zr) �� Ni grain boundaries, these alloys still exhibit ≧ 80% shape memory recovery.Thermal cycling can depress the M* temperature more signficiantly in T i40.5Ni48.5Zr10 alloy than in Ti40.5Ni49.5Zr10 alloy in the early ten cycles due to the former alloy having higher hardnessand more second phase. Martensite stabilization can be induced by cold rolling at room temperature for Ti-rich ternary TiNiZr alloys. The strengthening effects of cold rolling andthermal cycling on Ms temperature of these alloys were found to follow the expression of Ms=To-K △ρ y, in which K values are related to the as-annealed M*(Ms) and hardness ofthese alloys. For the study of 400 ℃ aging eff effects, good M* stability is observed in Ti41.5Ni48.5Zr10 alloy if the aging is on the B2 phase,but the martensite stabilization appears in Ti26.5Ni48.5Zr25 alloy if the aging is on the martensite phase. |
